Guardian ad Litem Volunteers Are Sweet!

Think you may be a great "candy"date to volunteer as a Guardian ad Litem Child Advocate? Join us Thursday, September 18, 2014, 6pm - 8pm for a Hand-Pulled Lollipop Class "Volunteeraiser"!

Participants will learn more about volunteering with GAL and watch as Sweet Pete’s confectioners turn boiled sugar into hand- pulled lollipops. This is a hands-on class and guests will shape lollipops to take home!

To recruit and train quality child advocates (volunteers) to represent the best interest of abused, abandoned and neglected children involved in the dependency court proceedings in the 4th Judicial Circuit.
