We are looking for volunteers to help with patient care indirectly through office work. The tasks would include, but not limited to, would be answering phones, making bereavement calls, and filing in hospice patients charts. Although the residents see you less, this still makes a impact in the behind the scenes of their lives and means a great deal to the family and staff as you would be working closely with them.

The goal of At Home Palliative and Hospice Foundation is to provide a safe and comfortable death for all of our residents, give self-determined life closure for the patient, as well as effectivie grieving for the family and loved ones of the patient.
Description
At Home Palliative and Hospice Foundation is a personal care home in Shnecksville, Pa, where we provide compassionate care and a comfortable enviroment to not only our residents, but their families as well. Our staff of Physcians, Nurses, Certified Medical Asssistants, Social Workers, and Volunteers all work together to assure there all the needs of the residents are being met during the dying process. Volunteering with us is generally a year long commitment, volunteering 2-4 hours per week.
