We are looking for a patient care volunteers. The volunteerwould be directly involved with the care of the dying person and their family through compansionship; this includes activities, painting nails, reading and just sitting and talking. Our residents greatly appreciative the services and time donated by our volunteers.

The goal of At Home Palliative and Hospice Foundation is to provide a safe and comfortable death for all of our residents, give self-determined life closure for the patient, as well as effectivie grieving for the family and loved ones of the patient.
Description
At Home Palliative and Hospice Foundation is a personal care home in Shnecksville, Pa, where we provide compassionate care and a comfortable enviroment to not only our residents, but their families as well. Our staff of Physcians, Nurses, Certified Medical Asssistants, Social Workers, and Volunteers all work together to assure there all the needs of the residents are being met during the dying process. Volunteering with us is generally a year long commitment, volunteering 2-4 hours per week.
