ORGANIZATION: Save the Cats Arizona

Our rescued kitties need you! We have two shifts a day staffed by cat-savvy volunteers at our open cage Sanctuary location in Gilbert. A typical commitment is once a week. Duties include feeding, litter boxes, tidying up and socializing the kitties to ready them for adoption


We are also looking for volunteers who are interested in Petco care giver, fundraising, grant writing, handyman (for repairs and upkeep at the sanctuary) once a month help with Sanctuary Scrub Down, accounting saavy, vet techs/ assistants, and so many more opportunities!

While dedicated to providing a lifetime of health, safety, and happiness to cats living in our sanctuary, we also strive to find solutions for at-risk cats we cannot take in due to limited space.

We are an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 organization, so 100% of all donations go to the cats. Save the Cats Arizona’s tax identification number (EIN) is 20-5164793.
