ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross - Illinois Region

PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Assist Red Cross in delivering mission by providing clerical skills in assigned department

OPEN TIME DAYS

Approximately 4 hours per week.

Varies depending on which facility you are looking to assist.

Arlington Heights - 544 W Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights, IL Wednesdays 8:30 - 12 and Thursdays from 10:30-3pm (must be over 18)

Romeoville - 1293 Windham Parkway Romeoville, IL 60446 Need: Wednesday and Thursday Afternoons

St. Charles - 121 N. Second St. Suite G, St. Charles, IL - Several Shifts Needed M-F - URGENT NEED ON TUESDAYS

DeKalb - 2727 Sycamore Road, DeKalb, IL - Several Shifts Needed M-F

Northwest Indiana - 791 E 83rd Avenue, Merrillville, IN - Several Shifts Needed M-F

Kankakee - 20 Heritage Drive, Bourbonnais, IL - Various shifts needed Mondays 9-12; Thursdays and Fridays 9-5 (can be divided into shifts)

REQUIRED TRAINING
  • Orientation to American Red Cross
  • OntheJob training in specific department
