Raleigh Parks and Recreation, Partners for Environmental Justice
& Wake County Big Sweep invite you to the Walnut Creek Wetland Litter Clean Up. Wake County Big Sweep is part of North Carolina Big Sweep (www.ncbigsweep.org), a statewide citizen volunteer effort to make our watersheds litter-free to improve water quality and wildlife habitat.
Volunteers need to wear loose, comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes. It is recommended to bring a hat and pair of sunglasses. Work gloves and tools/supplies for the project will be provided.
