BLINDSTART is the official Charity of the Survivor Mud Run in Lake Elsinore. We are seeking approximately 50 volunteers for this event that are willing to assist by handing out water, race bibs, refreshments, etc...Blindstart's passion is to bring together visual and blind people in fun and challenging athletic events.

Mission Statement
Blind Start of America is an award winning 501(c)3 non-profit organization, who's passion is bringing together sighted and visually impaired people through exciting athletic and social events like Dragon Boat Racing and the Blind Mud Run. Our mission is to provide scholarships for blind and visually impaired persons (VIPs) to develop job skills to enable them to ultimately lead lives of independence. These scholarships provide education, training, communication, transportation, adaptive equipment and technology.
Description
We raise awareness and money for visually impaired individuals. We do this by participating in marathons, dragon boat races, and mud runs.
