Looking for a volunteer to spend one Friday a week at the donation center located at Children First Academy, a school with approximately 300 students -- 100 percent of them and their families live in poverty and 40 percent are homeless.
The donation center is a life line for students. It provides clean clothes, groceries and toiletries for families who often go without. Responsibilties will include sorting donations, keeping the center organized and assisting students and families with needs.
