ORGANIZATION: Silver Key Senior Services

Silver Key Senior Services is a non-profit agency dedicated to improving the lives of seniors by helping them age safely with dignity and independence. For many of the seniors we serve, the person who delivers the meal is their only outside contact all day! You can really make a difference in their lives by delivering a delicious meal and spending a little bit of time with them.

Monday through Friday our volunteers deliver hot meals to seniors in the greater Colorado Springs area! In order to get the meals out on time, help in the kitchen (8:30 - 10:30 a.m.) is needed (no cooking is required.) Silver Key is proud to serve thousands of seniors in the greater Colorado Springs area. We offer a variety of services for area seniors, 60 years of age and older, to maintain their independence, safety and quality of life.

We offer a comprehensive client-centered approach to compassionate care. Services include: Companionship, Senior Veteran Support, Case Management, Behavioral Health, Food Pantry, Transportation, Thrift Store and more! Our team supports senior well-being by addressing temporary hardships, mental and physical challenges, financial matters, health care benefits, connections to available federal and local resources, loneliness and isolation, and more.
