Help spread a little Sweetness & cheer to Hospice Patients!
Cookie and treats bakers are needed to make homemade baked goods (i.e. cookies, bars) for our hospice patients.
We ask that bakers make a minimum 1 dozen treats, more if you like and place in disposable containers or zip lock bags. Please include your recipe so that we can be aware of ingredients in case of food allergies.
All you have to do is bake your treats and give us a call, and one of our staff will pick them up or you may drop them off to our office, if you like.
Staff will make plates for their patients and deliver them in a decorative container.
This is a wonderful way to lift the spirits of our patients and make them feel cared for by the community.

Description
When someone is faced with a life-limiting illness, they have special needs. We understand that and personalize our care to help meet those needs during what is a very trying emotional time. We help the patient and family navigate the difficult landscape of end-of-life care. Ours is a body, mind and soul approach . We are here for them, when life matters the most.
Each patient is assigned an interdisciplinary team of caregivers, dedicated to helping patients and their families share time together in the warmth, comfort and privacy of their own homes.
