Love event planning and HATE cancer? Relay For Life wants YOU!
The Relay For Life of Gloucester County is currently looking for devoted individuals to serve on the planning team for 2017. This leadership team is responsible for planning and executing the event in June 3, 2017, while also coaching and recruiting teams throughout the year. By being on the leadership team you will not only help the fight against cancer, but you will gain a second family and invaluable planning experience.
We will be holding our first planning meeting on January 19th 6:00 PM at the Washington Twp Senior Center - 315 Greentree Rd. Sewell, NJ 08080
There are a variety of ways to be involved with the planning team, including:
-Online/Marketing
-Accounting
-Fundraising
-Recruitment/Engagement
-Mission/Advocacy
-Cancer Survivors and Caregivers
-Activities and Entertainment
ACS will provide training for each of these roles, so past experience is not required, but appreciated!
The time commitment for any of these roles will be around 2-4 hours a month, with coordination around your schedule. Attendance at the 12-hour Relay event in June 2017 is expected!
