Help seniors maintain their dignity and independence by volunteering with Senior's Net. I&R Call Center volunteers are the center of communication for Seniors’ Net. The ability to ascertain client needs through conversation is paramount. Call Center volunteers discuss Seniors’ Net programs with clients, promote and refer other programs, accurately input client data, produce detailed work orders and refer clients to other agencies where possible.
Seniors' Net coordinates a variety of services to match needs with resources. Services include:
- Home maintenance and repair services
- Financial aid
- Food delivery
- Use of Durable Medical Equipment
- Community education opportunities
- Loaves of Love (LOL)
- File of Life
Volunteer Shifts at network are from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday and from 9 am to 12 pm on Fridays.

Description
The Network of Community Ministries, Inc.(Network), founded in 1985, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization. Network responds to human needs by providing assistance with the goal of helping individuals achieve long-term independence. Network is based in Richardson, Texas and has a service area encompassing fourteen zip codes in Dallas County. Network is a non-denominational community-based organization with currently three divisions:
Emergency Services- providing health and temporary services to children, low-income families, and senior citizens.
Adolescent and Children's Clinic- meeting the medical and dental care needs of uninsured school children.
The Seniors' Net- dedicated to helping the older generations live independently, for as long as possible, in the familiar environment of their own home.
