We are looking for Patient Companionship Volunteers at Kindred Hospice to visit patients on hospice residing at South County area residential and Nursing Homes.

During these visits volunteers may read to patients, write letters for them, play music, games, share conversation and hobbies or simply hold their hand so they are not alone. Just be present with the patient. Add another level to the quality of care as a patient ends their life journey.

Comprehensive training and orientation for hospice volunteering is provided. I will go with you on first visit and any time you want support.
