We have a great opportunity for anyone looking to make an impact in the lives of teenagers by assisting with after school tutoring! We are looking for tutoring assistants to work alongside trained educators to help Eighth Graders with their school work after school. We are in specifc need of assistants who are proficient in math. Our tutoring time is Monday through Thursday 3:30 - 6:00, and assistants could work one, two, three, or four days a week. As part of the "I Have a Dream" Foundation's core value of academic success, you would be working with small groups of students to ensure that they are completing homework assignments, understanding class work, and preparing for upcoming academic benchmarks. You will also be working in tandem with our Primary Tutors and our Academic Coordinator who works with the students everyday and ensures all aspects of the program are running correctly.
