Help teach children art at the Pensacola Museum of Art!

We are currently looking for help for our education programs. If you enjoy working with children, teaching art, and bettering your local community, then this is the chance for you! Volunteer as much or as little as you would like. If you plan to volunteer for 10 or more hours, we will need a background check. E-mail cvoss@pensacolamuseum.org for more information.

September 30th. October 1, 14, 15, 28, 29. 1pm-3pm. Home School Art Class
September 27th. October 11, 25. 12:30pm-2pm; 2:30pm-4pm. Art Academy for Autism.
October 18. 12:30pm-2:30pm. Saturday Studio Club.
September 24. October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. 3:30pm-5pm. After School Art Club.

Volunteering with the PMA offers job skills and experience, such as:

• guest relations, receptionist duties, professionalism
• the chance to learn the inner workings of a museum
• an opportunity to learn and use art history and critique
• a way to better your community by sharing your passion for art with others

Volunteer rewards: Every 10 points you earn, you receive 2 free tickets to the museum. After 20 points, you get discounts in the gift store and discounted membership. You earn points by:

• volunteering one half-day shift
• for each friend that you recommend to volunteer at the PMA
• for tagging us in a Facebook/twitter/instagram post/status/photo.
