PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The Volunteer Management Team Lead (VMT Lead) assists the Volunteer Director with recruiting, training, supporting and recognizing all NH American Red Cross volunteers in a designated area. The VMT lead ensures the duties of the Volunteer Service Department are conducted accurately and in accordance with Red Cross Volunteer Management Standards and the NH areas strategic plan. Ensure all positions of the Volunteer Management Team (VMT) are delegated and carried out.
OPEN TIME DAYS
10-15 hours per week minimum preferred.
