Volunteers conduct 100% of the re-shelving of materials within the library. A brigade of nearly 50 individuals re-shelve the collection throughout the week. In addition, volunteers aid in the set up and running of the Curtis Friends Book Sale held each summer and the Curtis Friends Children’s Book Sale each fall. Volunteers keep our gardens in top condition throughout the year with regular weeding as well as a Fall Clean Up. Dedicated volunteers deliver books to the home bound through the Curtis Friends Books on Wheels program. In addition, we are always open to your suggestions!
