PLACEMENT PURPOSE
To present Red Cross programs and services available to our military and their families at various events.
OPEN TIME DAYS
- Will need to be available up to 68 hours for the duration of the scheduled event
- Must have a valid driver’s license and valid car insurance and be able to travel within the area in a personal or fleet vehicle
- Must dress in a professional, clean manner
- Participation in at least 1 event every 6 months is the minimum requirement to maintain active volunteer status (as long as an event is made available in your area).
- New Employee Volunteer Orientation (NEVO) 2 hours classroom
- Orientation to \"Get to Know Us Before You Need Us\" program
- Attend 2 events with a trainer prior to presenting alone
