Paws 4 Law Foundation is currently seeking adult volunteers to join our booth team. The booth team will represent the foundation at a variety of events (e.g. National Night Out). As a member of the booth team, volunteers will be responsible for promoting the organization, encouraging donations, and assisting with the setup and tear down of the booth. Booth team members must provide their own transportation to and from events.

Please note: Paws 4 Law booth team volunteers do not work directly with the police dogs; there are no animal interaction positions.

If you would like to Lend a Helping Paw, please contact us through the Volunteer Match submission process. There is no need to send additional email. Thank you for your interest.

Mission Statement

To raise community awareness & support for the City of Murrieta Police Department K9 Unit.

Description

Founded in 2012 by a group of local residents and business owners, Paws 4 Law is a non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to supporting the City of Murrieta Police Department K9 Unit.

Paws 4 Law is completely independent of the Murrieta Police Department and the City of Murrieta. All monies raised by its members stay within the organization and are used solely to improve the performance of the K9 Unit and to maintain a high quality of life for the active and retired police dogs that serve our community.

With the hard work of this organization and support from our community, Paws 4 Law will help to raise the much needed funds for items such as:

-Training equipment for the Police Service Dogs.

-Additional equipment for the handlers that the department is unable to provide.

-Safety equipment for the Police Service Dogs.

-Training, seminars and competitions for the K9s and their handlers.

-Funeral and burial costs for both active and retired Police Service Dogs.

-Purchasing and maintaining agility equipment for K9 training.
