Interact with 18 to 25 year olds. For a group of up to 23 of our youth, provide one to one and half hour presentations on a subject for which you have some level of expertise, on a peridoic basis. Topics could include computers, recreation, cooking, budgeting, etc.
Presentations are given each Thursday, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Description
Tumbleweed Center for Youth Development is a private, nonprofit agency founded in 1972 by Soroptimist International of Phoenix to provide emergency shelter and services for runaway and homeless youth. The mission of Tumbleweed Center for Youth Development is to provide a safe space for collaborating with youth and young adults in our community who are vulnerable or experiencing homelessness. These safe spaces will allow access to caring relationships, resources, and programs that offer opportunities for young people to develop their individual potential
Population served: Homeless, abused, abandoned, neglected and at-risk youth ages 12-25 residing in Maricopa County.
