We need help writing out the technical specification to build out the website's backend architecture for Phase 1. The first phase's goal is to automate as much as possible (the process) of conducting 1000 conversations in the next 3-6 months.
We are here to help career seekers to understand more about what a job really means. Job seekers will be matched with a volunteer professional to have a 30 minute conversation about their job and career path.

Mission Statement
Conversations for Good provides job seekers with free resources to understand what a job role really entails by connecting with volunteer professionals to have a 30 minute conversation about their careers.
Description
There are many people who end up in the wrong line of work or end up in debt from school debt only to find out at the end that it’s not what they want. Many instances, our idea of what a job role entails is not how the real world really works and people don’t put themselves out there enough to ask these questions. Conversations for Good will provide the service to bridge a network of qualified professionals with career seekers to create a better understanding of the job role. Career seekers can include people who are deciding about their future career, unemployed workers, or people who are looking for a career change.
