Our client intake is done by the telephone. We service clients by appointment only. You will be trained on our telephone procedures and how to properly fill out the forms we use. Please tell us about yourself and your previous volunteer experience. Computer experience would be valuable.
We are only open Monday-Friday, 9AM-4PM. Times vary, based on need. This is for permanent volunteers only. Not for people with limited hours or needing community service time. To provide food assistance to residents of the PV Unified School District who are experiencing food insecurities.
Description
PVCFB stands for PV Community Food Bank. It is a food pantry formed from existing organizations in the Paradise Valley area to aid the community's hungry.
The PVCFB's main objective is to provide assistance to individuals living within the boundaries of the Paradise Valley Unified School District. PVCFB distributes food to individuals and families that would otherwise go hungry. The food bank provides wholesome, nourishing meals to families in need.
