The Rock at 32nd Street tutoring program is seeking tutors to work with children in 1st - 6th grade. Tutors assist children with their homework and in improving skills related to reading, spelling, and math. Students benefit immensely from working with tutors as they not only improve in their studies, but they also gain confidence and self-esteem knowing that someone believes in them and is willing to invest extra time to help them achieve their best.

Mission Statement
The Rock at 32nd Street Community Center is a partnership between Genesis Church and Alice Cooper's Solid Foundation Teen Center. The mission of The Rock Community Center is to serve members of the community throughout every week in ways that meet real needs and help to better the lives of kids, teens, and families.
Description
Free programs offered at The Rock included elementary tutoring, GED prep classes, U Rock Career Center, Rock 'N Tots Playgroup, and the Solid Rock Teen Center (which offers free music and dance lessons as well as a safe place for teens to hang out during the week).
