Currently Looking for Fall 2015!
LCHS is looking for 2-3 interns/volunteers to help the Advancement Office with basic marketing and public relations duties including mailings, website work, graphic design database management, email newsletters etc. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable skills in PR while helping out a worthy cause!
Ideal interns/volunteers would have the some/all of following qualities/experience:
* Excellent writing skills (technical, academic, public relations and social media)
* Understand the basics of desktop publishing (Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, Acrobat, etc.)
* Understand how to write copy for web and manage a website through a content management system
* Understand basic marketing/e-commerce concepts
* Responsible and Detail Oriented
* Understand how to put together mailings and other print pieces
* Has basic database experience (excel/access is fine)
* Has an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal communications skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule (some nights and weekends)
