The committee’s role is to successfully plan and implement the fundraising event with Special Olympics Southern California.

Time Commitment: Starting 6 months prior to event

Meetings: Once a month in Long Beach

Members Responsibilities:

  • Attend monthly meetings in Long Beach
  • Serve on a sub-committee
    • Auction Committee
    • Decorating Sub-Committee
    • Event Program Sub-Committee
  • Assist with securing silent and live auction items
  • Secure sponsorships from your contacts or resources
  • Provide the names and addresses of your contacts for invitations and sponsorship opportunities

Our vision is to promote acceptance, inclusion, and wellbeing for people with intellectual disabilities through sports.
