The Arc of King County provides vital services and supports to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their caregiving families. We will be hosting our inaugural 5k for Inclusion Family Fun Run, Walk, & Roll for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their caregiving families, and community members and would love you to be a part of it!
Volunteers will help register families for the walk, signing them in or up.
Hand out water at water tables stationed around Green Lake. Quench some thirst!
Walk, run, or roll around the track and cheer on individuals and families participating in the 5k- or really anyone you feel could use some words of encouragement!
Hand out medals to all 5k participants at the finish line and be the receiver of smiles. =)
Volunteers will receive a free event t-shirt!
