Simple cotton squares stitched together make a comforting quilt for any patient. Volunteers can contribute to a quilt by cutting squares, stitching, or tying the corners with special knots. Every quilt is made with love and brings warmth and happiness to our patients.
Easy. Basic sewing skills beneficial but not necessary.

Gentiva Hospice is a team of professionals who provide care to patients and families with end of life needs. As key members of the care team, volunteers expand and enhance hospice services for our patients. Volunteers bring special skills and talents to share with patients, and offer comfort through companionship visits, administrative assistance and special projects for patients and their families.
