Purpose:
Assist with the deployment of an enterprise telephone system

Key Responsibilities:

  • process & review phone orders
  • confirm equipment deliveries
  • work with telecom vendors to obtain customer service records (CSR)
  • verify customer service records
  • attend conference calls and provide updates

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with telephone bills helpful but not necessary
  • Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, & Outlook
Time Commitment: 15-20 Hrs per week Length of Appointment: 3-6 months

The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disasters and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.

Description

The national headquarters of the American Red Cross provides assistance with shaping and leading the organization in our mission and strategic plan. National Headquarters also assists with technical guidance to the many Red Cross units, such as Chapters, Armed Forces Emergency Services Stations and Blood Services regions. These units are responsible for the direct service to the community including disaster response and preparedness, messaging to Armed Forces military and their families, collecting and delivering blood products, teaching health and safety skills and helping reunite families through our international services.
