The Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Harris County ReStore is a retail outlet that sells gently used building materials and home goods at a discounted price. The items in our ReStore are donated or are brought to the store from our deconstruction crew.
The ReStore currently needs regular volunteers who are willing to come in once per week on the same day and time. Our store is open from Wednesday - Saturday and our volunteers come in from 10:00 - 2:00 or from 2:00 - 6:00 on one of those days.
Volunteer activities in the ReStore include greeting customers and answering questions, helping to sort and place items on the sales floor, testing items that have recently arrived at the store to make sure that they work, helping to unload trucks and much more!
