Jubilee Park & Community Center's mission is to be a catalyst for comprehensive community revitalization and enrichment in the southeast Dallas surrounding neighborhood, with emphasis on the education of children and adults. The after school program serves 180 children Kindergarten through 8th grade. Children receive a snack, homework assistance and participate in enrichment activities.
