ORGANIZATION: Naper Settlement

Naper Settlement, Naperville's history museum, is recruiting a volunteer to assist with the management of special event volunteers in August, September, and October. Special events include the August Naper Nights concert series, the German heritage festival, Oktoberfest, and the halloween-themed All Hallows Eve. This volunteer will assist the volunteer director with recruitment, data documentation, scheduling, and day-of management of event volunteers.

This is an ideal volunteer role for a college student, as it will require weekday and weekend participation. The volunteer will be trained in some aspects of Raiser's Edge and Excel pivot tables. The volunteer could start anytime in August, but preferable before the August Naper Nights on August 22nd and 23rd. The last event, All Hallows Eve, takes place on October 17th and 18th. This volunteer role would end around October 24th, although there may be other opportunities to assist the volunteer department throughout the winter months.

Email nsvolunteer@naperville.il.us or call 630.305.5256 for more information or apply online at www.napersettlement.org!

An interview will be required.
