The Eastside Family YMCA is in need of some great volunteers "spotters" for their 2 nd Annual iCan Bike Camp! Without volunteers like you we are unable to run this wonderful camp so we need your help!
About iCan Bike:
iCan Bike uses adaptive bikes, a specialized training program and trained staff to enable individuals with disabilities to learn how to ride a two-wheel bicycle. Over the course of the week the bikes are continually adjust in an effort to challenge riders appropriately as they gradually discover the skill and joy of riding. Approximately 80% of the 40 people who participate in our iCan Bike program ride a two-wheel bicycle independently by the end of our five-day program while attending for only 75 minutes each day!
