The 7th Annual Gaithersburg Book Festival is Saturday, May 21st and we need LOTS of volunteers! Some positions include:
- Assist fans as they wait to meet to and get their books signed by their favorite author!
- Assist with Q&A in Author Presentation Pavilions!
- Escort Authors to Signing Area!
- Manage Writing Workshops, Story Time Tent and Children's Performance Stage!
- Meet & Greet, Surveys, and So Much More!
The Gaithersburg Book Festival is quickly becoming the largest book festival in the Mid-Atlantic Region. The 7th Annual Book Festival will take place Saturday, May 21st from 10:00-6:00pm. Last year GBF brought over 20,000 people to the heart of Gaithersburg to listen to over 100 authors; participate in writing workshops; visit the children’s village and so much more. The Book Festival’s success relies on over 200 volunteersto make the day a success.
