Mission Statement
Empowering Tomorrow is Project HEART’s mentoring program developed to help high school Juniors and Seniors achieve their personal and professional goals. Through weekly communication, mentors will help their assigned students stay on track with graduation requirements and help them plan for their future beyond high school. Mentors act as a positive role models and guides.
Description
Project Heart is the Manatee School District's Title X Homeless Education Program, providing education related support services for students who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
