First Place School is looking for volunteers who would like to help out in the library. First Place school is uniquely geared towards children experiencing crisis, multiply traumas, extreme poverty and transition in their families. Our school is kindergarten through 5th grade and we are looking for volunteers who would like to work in the library. Responsibilities would be checking in new books and placing them on the shelves and helping the students as they check out books. Librarians also will read books to the students during their class assigned time in the library. If you love book and working with children, you will love this volunteer opportunity!
