Great volunteer opportunity for Mobile Application Software developers with experience. Our organization has established a mentor/protg program for partnering primarily with collegiate computer science majors, and entry-level software developers enrolled in collegiate institutions. Students/participants have very limited to no experience developing mobile applications. This call seeks experienced and senior level mobile application developers to provide virtual mentoring to students. Students participating in this program are working on small, but real mobile application development projects that they will solicit industry related questions to our online developer forum. Mentors will receive notifications when questions are posed by the students and will have access to the forums to provide feedback and industry experience. All work volunteered by students will be attributed to an open-source licensure program dedicated to the advancement of assistive technologies for the impaired.

Volunteering today as a mentor will aid in providing the students meaningful exposure to industry professionals, while adding advantageous skills for participants to matriculate from college with advanced understanding of current technologies typically not obtained in the classroom. Help advance knowledge, give back to the community, and be a part of something truly meaningful.
