Navigators are volunteers assisting key Casa Esperanza staff in helping the homeless population that we serve to move from homelessness to housing. Navigators, who would be trained and supervised by an experienced Casa Esperanza staff member, would offer friendship and guidance to the vulnerable clients they mentor. Navigators will be knowledgeable about mental health programs, substance abuse programs, housing options, legal services, job development and other community services available to the residents of Casa Esperanza.
