We are looking for a volunteer familiar with Quickbooks to help us keep track of our money and prepare our 990s. We currently use Quickbooks for Mac but could use some expert advice as well as help with data entry. Our current volunteer has stepped down. We are currently paying for professional consultation help.

Most of the work can be done in your own home but we would prefer someone in the Baltimore/DC Metro area. Our previous volunteer attended our monthly adoption days (usually in Marriotsville, MD) and entered those sales on site. That is also a good way of meeting other volunteers in person and getting to know our organization's needs but is not essential. Our chapter manager lives in Baltimore. The firm that is assisting us currently is in Columbia, MD and could meet with you for some training sessions to familiarize you with our accounts, etc and would be available for ongoing support.
