The Lung Cancer Reserach Foundation is hosting its 9th Annual 3 mile run/walk - Strides for Life - on August 10th in Southampton, NY. 12 Volunteers are needed to pass out course water to our 1,000 Runners.
Volunteers must be at the race site at 8 AM, and will be needed for approximately 2 hours.
Lung cancer is the number one cancer killer in the United States. It takes the lives of more women than breast cancer, and its takes the lives of more men than prostate cancer. The Lung Cancer Reserach Founation is the leading organization dedicated to funding research into the prevention, treatment, and cure of all cancers of the lung. Strides for Life was the first run in the country dedicated to raising awareness for lung cancer.

Description
LCRF is currently seeking volunteers to assist with fund raising events including run/walks, galas, luncheons and more. All prospective volunteers will be asked to come into the office to meet the staff.
