If you're interested in helping pitbulls and like working for a worthy cause, this work may be for you! We’re looking for volunteer candidates that have great skills in: office management and organization, bookkeeping/accounting, photography/videography, dog- training, socialization, walking, feeding & cleaning, marketing/fundraising, web design, social media networking, event coordination, animal transport, and adoption/foster applicant screening & coordination.
We'd love to hear from you if you've got the time and can start right away!
Though we have a minimun age requirement of 25, we occasionally make exceptions for younger, rock solid applicants.

Mission Statement
The Pit Stops Here is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to rescue, provide sanctuary and ultimately rehome abandoned, neglected and abused Pit and Pitbull mixes. We are devoted to giving each dog a healthy foster environment while evaluating each individual dog's personality and temperament. These efforts enable us to place them in homes that are best suited for their needs. TPSH is passionately dedicated to the advocacy and public education of no-kill alternatives for these intelligent, loving and loyal dogs. We believe all dogs are individuals, and every dog deserves enrichment and a chance to shine.
