Our volunteers are an integral part of the care team. Grace Hospice provides extensive training and unwavering support and appreciation for your gift of time and self.
At this time Grace Hospice - Cincinnati is in need of Volunteers to provide emotional support and companionship to our Hospice patients in the Hamilton area.
Our office is centrally located, but we service patients all over the Greater Cincinnati area. This is an extremely flexible opportunity, and probably one of the most rewarding you can possibly find.

Description
Hospice is the only health care system that mandates the involvement of volunteers. This reflects the history of the hospice movement in the United States, which started as an all-volunteer system.
Hospice is designed to provide comfort care as well as spiritual and emotional support in the final phase of a terminal illness. At HarmonyCares, we focus on enhancing the quality of life and our volunteers play a key role in our mission. The hospice philosophy reaches beyond the physical needs of a patient and ensures that a patient spend their final days in comfort and with dignity.
HarmonyCares Hospice volunteers are as diverse as our professional staff. Compassion and caring are the hallmarks of any great hospice volunteer, and their involvement are a vital part of our team.
