F.E.D. - Fight Eating Disroders is a non-prof. financially supporting those who are in need of eating disorder recovery but do not have the financial tools necessary. We reach out to professionals - psychologists, psychiatrists, nutritionists and in and out patient programs to donate their time for free or on a sliding scale for the candidate we chose to support. We are currently gathering a list of above professionals which will require 1-2 hours a week of outreach. We are looking in the Los Angeles area but our volunteer does not have to be base in LA. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Mission Statement
Fight Eating Disorders (F.E.D.) is an independent national humanitarian organization that provides professional services to those who are suffering from eating disorders and are unable to afford medical (out or inpatient) support.
Description
F.E.D.'s decision to assist those in need is based solely on the candidate's location and accessibility of local therapists, nutritionists, doctors and support groups/centers that are available for each individual in that particular location.
This site has been established as the outreach and support for those with eating disorders, so that they may find and share their experience, strength and hope.
