Are you up with the roosters? Know your way around a barn? We need early morning stable chores help at Project RIDE - muck stalls and feed 6-8 hungry horses so they can be ready for their day of providing therapy for disabled kids. Start time: 6:30 or 7:00am, till the job is done, typically around 8. All this in a fully enclosed beautiful 34Ksf riding arena right in the heart of Elk Grove. No experience required but it helps if you aren't afraid of horses or a little dirt and manure! This is a great job for those retired cowpokes wanting to give back before the heat of the day, a busy high school student looking for community service hours before school, or anyone who likes getting up early and getting the smell of a barn in their nose.
