We need reliable friendly adults to fill in for our receptionist at lunchtime. Duties include buzzing people into the building, greeting guests and matching them to their appointments, answering the telephone and reserving meeting rooms and vehicles for staff. We'll provide plenty of training. You provide the smiles. Be part of a great team of staff.
Front Desk Relief is needed on each weekday for one hour. Volunteers can help one or more times a week on a regular basis and should be able to commit for 4 months.
You can combine this opportunity with being in the classrooms as a naptime monitor (soothing children to sleep) or a classroom reader.
