Change a Life

Are you interested in mentoring a youth, but are worried that you won't know what to talk with the student about or that it will take too much time?

Careers Plus group mentoring is a great way to mentor 3-5 students in a structured, purposeful environment. Students and mentors meet for one hour a week when school is in session as part of the student's regularly scheduled class. A Goodwill facilitator teaches a brief (5 minute) lesson related to careers or college and designs an activity for mentors and mentees to complete together.

Topics may include self-awareness, career exploration, resume creation, college applications, etc.

Two times to choose from!
