The Peer Service Health Promoter is minimum-time position that will primarily be responsible for the implementation and expansion of existing services for Veterans, caregivers, and family members. Duties include facilitating evidence-based workshops, providing health coaching and peer navigation. The Peer Service Health Promoter will be under the direction of the Host Site Supervisor and Partners in Care Foundation Region Lead.

This is an 11 month service term, serving 300 hours.
