I need someone to pick up produce at the Gladstone Farmer's market every Saturday at 11:45 a.m. and deliver it to a local pantry. You will go from farmer to farmer and ask them for their excess produce. We are a 2-person hunger relief agency in need of volunteers to help us save this precious, healthy, fresh produce to feed peopld in need. You will make a big difference in the lives of people in need.

After the Harvest rescues nutritious fruits and vegetables from going to waste and donates them to agencies that serve hungry people, primarily in Greater Kansas City.
Description
Our volunteers glean after the harvest, picking what’s left in farmers’ fields and picking up already harvested leftover produce and distributing them to local food pantries and food banks that serve the great KC metro. After the Harvest, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
