Mission Statement
The mission of Cornerstone Hospice is to provide expert care, comfort and support for those facing life-limiting illness through direct support of patients and their families, public education and public advocacy. A partner with the family, as well as the patient, our Hospice team of expert professionals and trained volunteers help people face the challenges, make the decisions and ease the transition of life's final phase. Our Hospice services are available to anyone facing a life-limiting illness, regardless of age, race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, ethnic or national orientation, diagnosis, ability to pay or availability of a caregiver.
