We are hosting a 5K and 1 Mile Road Race and Health Expo on July 26, 2014. We need volunteers to act as guides along the race course and afterwards inside the Expo. This is a fun event, we want spirited and enthusiastic health advocates! Come join the fun and help your community.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide free primary healthcare through volunteerism to working adults who otherwise would not be able to afford access to quality health care. We want to keep our communities healthy and our citizens on the job and out of the ER.
Description
The Clinic utilizes volunteer medical and professional staff to provide primary health care services, information and referrals for adults 18 years of age and older who are medically uninsured. We provide an office visit, appropriate diagnostic testing, annual physicals, access to medication in order to help the underserved and underinsured community.
