ORGANIZATION: OCSP Cat Rescue

OC Small Paws Cat Rescue currently needs volunteers to assist with taking care of our cats daily at ORANGE PETCO, including weekends.

We need people over 18 (or from 15-17 with an adult present in the store) to help us with cleaning the cat cages in the morning, or socializing the cats in the afternoon or evening.

Cleaning includes the thorough cleaning of the cages, litter boxes, and food and water bowls, and refilling the food and water bowls for the day.

Socializing includes playing with the cats so they are used to humans, and light cleaning of their cages, litter boxes, food and water bowls.

You will be needed either from 9-10am for cleaning, or sometime between 4-8pm for socializing.

We also need volunteers to help setup crates and tables before fosters arrive with cats on Saturdays for adoption day from noon to 3pm. During the event, you are encouraged to play and pet all cats to keep them calm and happy! Taking photos is strongly encouraged as we love to post pics on our website and facebook page!
